What a day! Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs Kocmit! Jaclyn and Jeff got hitched on October 18, 2008 at St. Matthews in Gahanna and celebrated with an Italian-themed reception at Creekside. As I've been going through all of the pictures of the day, I find myself having a hard time deciding which ones to post—as there was so much to the day! I'll try to sum it up with a sneak peek at some of the highlights of the day, starting with some details and portraits.
All of the bouquets were designed by Janna Coe—gorgeous and perfect for fall.
The church exits always seem to become a few of my favorite shots—and they had such a perfect BEAUTIFUL blue-skied fall day!
And I definitely can't forget to mention our stop at the Shoe! I couldn't get over how well Jaclyn ran in that dress and heels!
And, this is just funny.
Finally—the reception. Not only did Shane's Gourmet do a fabulous job with the food, Bruce and Linda Kerr of "Mr. and Mrs. DJ" were awesome and kept things rockin' all night. Jaclyn and Jeff made quite an entrance to kick it off. Then later in the night, Jaclyn and her bridesmaids surprised the groom with a choreographed dance to "Ain't No Other Man." No lack of energy for this crew.
So thanks so much again to both of you guys for having me photograph such an important day in your lives! Your families and friends were wonderful and Marit and I had such a great time. Also, thanks again for the cookies—yum! Can't wait to hear about your trip to Italy and I'm looking forward to getting through the rest of your pics here in the next couple of weeks.
